Model 550 horizontal screw centrifuge produced by Apile, is an all-variable speed product with large drum & capacity, which has a length to diameter ratio of 3.3:1 or 4.2:1. All electronic control components are selected from famous international brands, among which ABB or Siemens is used for frequency converter. Electronic load sensing and intelligent control of the feed pump ensure the amount of slurry supplied by centrifuge, drum speed and differential rotational speed can reach the optimal state under automatic working conditions. Drum speed, motor load and bearing temperature status (optional) all can be displayed directly on the operation touch panel, ensuring the best working condition of the centrifuge throughout operation.
